In India, our Holiday Stores are a big part of our identity. Located in cities like Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Indore, these stores give people the chance to meet experts in person. Many families love walking in, sitting down with our team, and booking holidays face-to-face.

Globally, our distributed teams manage local logistics, respond quickly to customer needs, and maintain strong partnerships with hotels, guides, and transport providers.

TripFactory’s journey has been powered by strong financial support.

In 2024, we secured 50 million US dollars in Series A funding, valuing the company at around 500 million dollars. This milestone gave us the resources to expand faster, improve our technology, and grow our global footprint.

Earlier, we earned the backing of respected venture capital firms like Kalaari Capital and Sequoia Capital, along with industry veterans such as Mohandas Pai and Ranjan Pai. Their faith in us from the early stages gave us the credibility and resources to build a strong foundation.

Dear TripFactory Team, We would like to share our sincere feedback after completing our Europe trip, and we must say it was one of the best trips we have ever experienced. From the beginning to almost the very end, the trip was absolutely marvellous and exceptionally well‑organized. The itineraries were thoughtfully planned, sightseeing spots were beautiful and well‑timed, hotels were comfortable, food arrangements were excellent, and the flights and overall coordination were very smooth. Everything worked seamlessly, allowing us to truly enjoy and immerse ourselves in the experience without any stress. The only concern during the entire trip was on the last day, when the bus unfortunately had a breakdown. This resulted in almost half a day’s itinerary being missed, which understandably caused inconvenience, and you have agreed on giving us a compensation for that. And the remaining itinerary was covered in the next day itself. Apart from this isolated incident, every other day of the trip ran flawlessly and exceeded our expectations. We would also like to place on record our heartfelt appreciation for: Mr. Tejas: who clearly explained the entire trip and made us feel confident and comfortable about traveling safely. His guidance played a key role in our decision to book. Later, Nikhil supported us seamlessly and deserves special appreciation for helping us change our flights to Emirates at the last minute during a critical situation—without his timely effort, this trip wouldn’t have been possible. A big thanks to Mamatha as well, who handled our visa process smoothly and was extremely supportive throughout. Overall, great coordination, dedication, and customer service from the team! Ms. Anita – Tour Manager: She was extremely supportive, approachable, patient, and easy‑going throughout the journey. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and quick problem‑solving skills made a huge difference to the overall experience and kept the group comfortable and happy at all times. Captain Christy – Our Driver: Kudos to him for ensuring a safe, smooth, and comfortable commute throughout the trip. His calm driving, punctuality, and road discipline gave us great confidence during long travel days across countries. Overall, despite the last‑day inconvenience, this trip will remain very special to us, and the quality of planning and execution truly reflects TripFactory’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Our recent 11-day trip to Vietnam, including Phu Quoc, organized by Trip Factory, was truly a wonderful and memorable experience for our group of 9 people. Every aspect of the journey was handled with great care and professionalism. The hotels provided were excellent—comfortable, well-located, and perfect for relaxing after our daily activities. The entire trip was very well planned, with smooth coordination and timely services throughout. A special mention to Mr Vijnesh for being there from the scratch till the end of the tour and also Mr Abhjeeth from escalation team. Thanks to the entire support and ground staff, who were always available, responsive, and extremely helpful. I had planned my Sikkim trip for my anniversary trip with my wife, that's when I spoke to Sneha Pradhan from the team, who helped with a bunch of good options to choose from. We finalised on the North Sikkim package, with good options for hotel, transport and sightseeing. The best part, everything that was told, was delivered :) Whatever was the part and not a part of the package was very clearly told by Sneha and team, and was delivered with full transparency. Seeing a lot of videos of other travel operators, I was a bit hesitant to go ahead, but once I paid and the trip started, it was really helpful. Even Varsha from the Ops team, was constantly in touch during the trip, helping with all the details and itinerary. On top of it, the team was from Sikkim, so they knew the local landscape well, so the suggestions were on point. Thank you Sneha, Varsha and the lovely team of Tripfactory.
