I just came back after a week's trip to Vietnam with my family. The vacation was curated by TripFactory who took care of all the necessary formalities before the trip, a comprehensive itinerary, arrangements for accommodation and transport at Vietnam. I am delighted to state that everything went like clockwork and TripFactory delivered as promised on all pre- agreed parameters. I had a very good experience with Trip Factory overall. The trip was well managed, everything was organized smoothly, and the team was supportive throughout the journey. I would definitely give them a good rating for the overall service. However, one area that needs improvement is the frequent change of trip managers before the trip. The assigned manager kept changing within weeks or even days, which made communication confusing and difficult. For a better customer experience, I would suggest ensuring that once a trip manager is assigned, the same person remains the point of contact until the trip is completed.

I went to Vietnam... It was excellent service by trip factory.. everyday plan was exactly executed as per the ittenarry provided by them.. Cost of the package was reasonable . We recommended trip factory for fe indian tourist who we met in our tour.. Keep it up team..

It was a great trip organised by Trip Factory The planning coordination and itinerary options for both flights hotels and transportation both from airports and within the cities by Daniyal were very helpful. The logistics coordination was good timely and well within budget! Abbas at Singapore was great help to coordinate our day trips and sight seeing with tickets provide timely Drivers were punctual with good manners .
