This is regarding the tour package to sikkim and Darjeeling from 3rd June to 7th June-26 The total tour arrangements found to be very good. Hotel accommodation and quality of the service during the hotel stay found to be good. Drivers are also very cooperative and time keeping also found to be good. Only some disappointment on 3rd day due to the arrival of taxi in time. Their was a delay of about 4 hrs. This is due to the mis coordination of ground staff. Particularly Ms Varsha Daptha. After that we have contacted Mr Sneha Pradhan and she responded very well and resolved the issue. She was very cooperative through out my interaction starting from enquiry to the package till completing our tour package Overall very good experience
