It was wonderful experience to be with Tripfactory.... And ecpecially the service provider RAJDEEP, only due to his continuous follow up i have decided to travel Bali along with my family for 7N. The hotel provided at UBUD was below standard and it destroyed the enthusiasm of Travel... However after reporting it to Rajdeep it had well taken care... That hotel has been blacklisted, as advised to me, after that it was a wonderful experience, driver was also very courteous and polite....Indeed we have enjoyed a lot.... We had a very pleasant tour.Everything was very well planned and acurately executed.All local transfers vehicles were very comfortable. Ofcourse, Like every tour somewhere communication gap with one of sharing vehicle was there but your team fixed it very favourably n thankfully immediately! Overall excellent experience.
