The team gave me a hostel saying it is a 3star hotel. Asked if the hotel has lift your team said yes and in reality it didn't. I had to carry the luggage on 1st floor by myself. Gave me a full day activity without tickets. Was I suppose to see the gates and return. Apart from this the trip was good. The experience with trip factory was good.
