I am glad I choose TripFactory for my Singapore trip after knowing good review from my cousin so I decided to plan my trip with them .. I booked a seven night Andaman trip for me and my wife through TripFactory in Jan 2026, and the whole experience was good, and the tour was well organized. Unfortunately we spent too many days (3) at Port Blair so we had less time for beautiful Havelock, Baratang and Ross islands. We would recommend TripFactory to other.

Overall, all the arrangements made for the trip were very good, and we had a pleasant experience. The itinerary, hotel stays, and coordination were well managed. However, one significant drawback during the trip was the non-inclusion of cab services from the Gulmarg hotel to the Gondola point. This led to unnecessary confusion and misunderstandings. There was no price transparency—some drivers quoted ₹3,500, others ₹2,000—whereas the actual local cost for this short route is approximately ₹500–₹1,000. Including this service in the package would help avoid such volatility in pricing and ensure a smoother experience for travelers. Additionally, for first-time visitors, there is often limited clarity about what items need to be carried from home and what can be easily rented or purchased locally. Clear communication on this aspect can help travelers save both money and effort. For instance, had I known that snow boots were readily available on rent, I would not have purchased them in advance. Similarly, accessories such as hand gloves, caps, and other winter essentials are easily available locally at very reasonable rates (as low as ₹100), whereas I ended up purchasing gloves in Mumbai for ₹500. Sharing such information beforehand would greatly benefit customers. To enhance the overall travel experience, I would strongly suggest that Trip Factory consider arranging a one-stop shopping or rental point upon arrival in Srinagar, where travelers can purchase or rent all necessary winter gear at economical prices. Including this as part of the itinerary would make Trip Factory a truly one-stop destination for holiday travel, build greater trust, and instill additional confidence—especially for families and first-time travelers. Lastly, I would like to place on record my sincere appreciation for Mr. Nalendu Roy, our trip assistant. He was absolutely fabulous in his role. From the planning stage to on-ground support, he was always available, responsive, and extremely patient in addressing our queries and concerns. His guidance, professionalism, and proactive support at every step played a key role in making our trip smooth and enjoyable. He is truly an asset to Trip Factory, and his dedication reflects positively on the organization.
