TripFactory’s journey has been powered by strong financial support.

In 2024, we secured 50 million US dollars in Series A funding, valuing the company at around 500 million dollars. This milestone gave us the resources to expand faster, improve our technology, and grow our global footprint.

Our family trip to Dubai was good. We enjoyed the trip fully but also we would like to share 3 incidents during the trip. 1) As we landed in Dubai Airport, the taxi driver created confusion and so we had to walk a lot to meet him. 2) The food at the Dhow cruise was not of superior quality. 3) On the Day of Desert Safari, we were picked last from our hotel and so we were made to sit in the last row of the car. The car was not neatly maintained. During the dune bashing, as we were sitting in the last row of car, it was totally uncomfortable. Also after this, on our way to Desert camp, the driver Khaleed was very rash and at one point of time, our heads hit the Car roof top and we both had slight swelling in our heads. This was a very bad experience in the tour. Hope you will take of all these mistakesin our next trip with you. Overall we enjoyed the trip and we would like to thank the team of Trip Factory.

Did a family vacation to Bhutan in the last week of Nov 2025. The itinerary preparation and communication regarding the dos and don'ts was spot on. Brijesh in particular was super-responsive. The local team in Bhutan were polite and accommodative. Very satisfied with their work ethics. The local team at Bagdogra could do better by being more professional. Overall, I recommend TripFactory for a pleasant experience.
