Revenue ownership is a core and non-negotiable part of this role. You will carry personal monthly and quarterly revenue targets and be held fully accountable for your pipeline, conversion rates, and margin contribution. You are a destination specialist who knows Asia and India intimately. Whether designing a romantic 7-night Maldives honeymoon package, a family group tour to Singapore and Malaysia, or a premium Kashmir valley holiday, your expertise builds trust and closes deals at volume. Deliverables and productivity expectations are measured closely at Trip Factory. Performance accountability is embedded in our culture and every team member is expected to understand their commercial contribution and grow it consistently.
