History of The Million Years Stone Park
Million Years Stone Park and Crocodile Farm was created by Khun Suan Phanomwattanakul, who had the ambition to build a beautiful place where people could enjoy the astonishing landscapes, flowertrees,ees and palms with the atmosphere of Thai culture. Since his childhood, Khun Suan dedicated 30 years of his life to gathering rare and unique naturaitems,ms ranging from colourful layered rocks, petrified tree trunks to hundreds year old bonsai like trees. His desire was to have a destination where people could view these wonders in person, instead of just through books or photographs.
The park was personally designed by Khun Suan between 1989 and 1992 with inspiration sought from his dreams and memories. The structures were the creations of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phinyo Suwankhiri who was awarded national artist status in the category of visual arts. The park opened as a tourist attraction on 1 February 1992, becoming very popular with tourists and locals. It has grown through the time with tons of more attractions and amazing crocodile shows that you can ever see making it as one of Pattaya’s oldest tourist spot.

The park is situated not far from central Pattaya, approximately 15 minutes drive and can easily be reached by taxi, private hire car or songthaew . It can be found located just off of Sukhumvit Road and is easy to find thanks to signage.

The best time to visit is in the morning or late afternoon, when you can wander around the outdoor gardens and watch the crocodile shows.

Open daily from 8:00 to 6:30. Crocodile shows run several times a day .
