Our cab driver (dimsky- special thanks to him also)in bali was so helpful and explained all the culture and tradition of theirs, also good at communication.One thing to mention about bali is it's currency (please take necessary amount with you) we might think bali has cheap price compared to us but all the things are quiet expensive . Also master card and visa card is only accepted.
My Trip to Thailand – A Perfect Blend of Culture, Nature, and Fun. I had the chance to visit Thailand recently with my family , and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The trip was a mix of vibrant city life, serene beaches, rich culture, and Thai food.we started our journey in Bangkok then flew to Phuket and went to Krabi by road returned to Mumbai. From the very beginning of our journey, Trip Factory remained in constant touch with us, ensuring everything went smoothly. We didn’t face any issues at any point during our trip. One day prior (everyday) we used to receive the next days program along with the driver vehicle contact numbers with the tickets link for the programs. The entire trip to Dubai was perfectly planned by the representative. We even stayed at my niece’s house for 4 days and we were dropped there by taxi and we were picked the final day to be dropped at the airport by the company. We did d not want my niece to be troubled for the pick and drop. Overall a trip be be remembered for years to come

It took us 3 days to finally come back to reality after returning from an unreal trip to Europe. A group tour booked through Tripfactory and executed to perfection by Ms. Bhavana (our sales SPOC), Ms. Assumption, Mr. Neeraj Kambli and Mr. Nikhil Kambli (our tour managers)!We had researched quite a bit to start with since it's a pretty costly affair. We got a great deal through Ms. Bhavana from Tripfactory who also ensured the journey till we boarded the plane was as smooth. Always available for a revert to our queries and kept us up to date.We were warmly greeted at Paris by Mr. Neeraj Kambli who was a fun, knowledgeable and a very amiable tour manager. We had 3 days of our trip with him main covering Paris (Eiffel tower, local sightseeing and Disney land)We then moved to Switzerland where Ms.Assumption took us through the heaven on earth with utmost professionalism and compassion. She was thorough with her work and very interactive with the group making us feel at home.The final phase was through Italy where we were guided by Mr. Nikhil Kambli who is a humble hunk with deep understanding of history and full of amazing stories. We had a blast making our bus rides interesting by playing a variety of games and enjoying his stern face comedy and of course the beauty of Italy.Top quality hotels and easy peasy check ins, great Indian and international food (they ensured We tasted every famous item in is authentic form and was included in the package itself) and cherry on top were all of these 4 amazing guys who made our aspirational family trip one to cherish for a lifetime.We are grateful to Tripfactory and all the 4 mentioned and look forward to more trips with them!!P.S: A special mention of Mr. Abhishek from visa team who was a great support in ensuring we get the much dreaded Schengen visa without hassle

Hello..It was nice family holidays with Tripfactory. All was found as per schedule. Pickup from every point was excellent with cooperative drivers. Appreciated Local ground team works for continuous monitoring and updating on day to day activities and schedules. Only one suggestion on breakfast. Tripfactory team needs to select Hotels for Pure Vegeterian guest with Indian breakfast. In Thailand mostly preferred food is non veg and continental breakfast. Other point is vietjet flight from Mumbai to Bangkok. Seats are very very consusted. Apart of this all is good. We enjoyed our Holiday...
Trip factory makes our trip very comfortable and very convenient. We went to Singapore as a family trip and never felt alone in the new country. They made all arrangements from airport only their representative was in touch with us for all the requirements and schedules. One thing I want to highlight here, we missed their transport share option and we were left with no option other than book a private cab. Tripfactory asked to share the bill and they refunded my fill amount toy account, and this shows their genuine good gesture and shows how customer centric they are. Overall it was a good experience with them ( good hotel, location and itinerary and good customer experience) will definitely will use it for our future trips.
