We enjoyed the Thailand trip arranged by trip factory, everything was arranged and timed well!! We got accommodation in very good hotels.. My sincere thanks to Mr Suraj Kumar who continuously helped me right from planningโ€ฆ. He was an audible to take calls whenever I called and answered very patiently. Many thanks to him.He helped a lot in clarifying all my doubts even if I call him on his off day.. Very much appreciate his commitment towards work and professionalism. Looking forward for an another trip from Trip factory !

We booked our Bali vacation through Trip Factory, it was our 1st international tour. Beautiful itinerary was prepared by Sheersh Choudhary which included of Bali swing, watersports, temples, Sunset Cruise, Nusa Penida Island beaches. He was very supportive and polite throughout the booking process and answered all our queries. The hotel was in the happening streets of Kuta with a huge pool and variety in breakfast. Sunset cruise was cherry on top, delicious dinner, amazing performances by crew and met lovely people aboard. The driver Sanjaya for all days was on time and transfers were smooth. Our guide/driver during Nusa Penida beach transfers Alex Maade made our day. He helped click very good memories for us. Even with the language barrier he managed to entertain us. Last day we were provided with the English speaking guide Udi who explained about their culture very nicely. Overall we were just amazed by how good our trip went. We did not face any challenges, ground staff was available to help us. Thankyou Sheersh and Trip Factory team for all the efforts taken. Looking forward to go on more amazing places with you. 🥰
