Excellent service

We really had a great experience with Trip Factory on our trip to Phucuoc, Vietnam. The travel partner Vignesh was extremely helpful and provided us with all necessary support. The trip was pretty hassle free and the coordination with Vietnam travel was efficient. We were a group of 5 and had great fun! The iternary arrangement could have been a little better!

Overall trip is very good, Hotel is very good Day 1 airport transfer vehicle is 21 seater van felt uncomfortable. Day 3 After Dubai mall return pickup driver miscommunicated. Day 4 Abudhabi vehicle was very bad, after complaint , changed the vehicle. Ms. Sneha was well connected and coordinated to make it best & memorable trip. Thanks for Sneha & Team
