I had an amazing trip with TripFactory! Right from the start, our travel consultant Ms. Kriti Rai was incredibly helpful and patient in planning our itinerary. We requested several changes along the way, and she accommodated all of them without any hesitation. What stood out the most was how she continued to check in on us both before and during the trip, making sure everything was going smoothly. The on-ground team in Thailand was equally impressive — super friendly and even suggested a few hidden gems and additional spots we could explore, which made the experience even better. It took us 3 days to finally come back to reality after returning from an unreal trip to Europe. A group tour booked through Tripfactory and executed to perfection by Ms. Bhavana (our sales SPOC), Ms. Assumption, Mr. Neeraj Kambli and Mr. Nikhil Kambli (our tour managers)! We had researched quite a bit to start with since it's a pretty costly affair. We got a great deal through Ms. Bhavana from Tripfactory who also ensured the journey till we boarded the plane was as smooth. Always available for a revert to our queries and kept us up to date. We were warmly greeted at Paris by Mr. Neeraj Kambli who was a fun, knowledgeable and a very amiable tour manager. We had 3 days of our trip with him main covering Paris (Eiffel tower, local sightseeing and Disney land) We then moved to Switzerland where Ms.Assumption took us through the heaven on earth with utmost professionalism and compassion. She was thorough with her work and very interactive with the group making us feel at home. The final phase was through Italy where we were guided by Mr. Nikhil Kambli who is a humble hunk with deep understanding of history and full of amazing stories. We had a blast making our bus rides interesting by playing a variety of games and enjoying his stern face comedy and of course the beauty of Italy. Top quality hotels and easy peasy check ins, great Indian and international food (they ensured We tasted every famous item in is authentic form and was included in the package itself) and cherry on top were all of these 4 amazing guys who made our aspirational family trip one to cherish for a lifetime. We are grateful to Tripfactory and all the 4 mentioned and look forward to more trips with them!! P.S: A special mention of Mr. Abhishek from visa team who was a great support in ensuring we get the much dreaded Schengen visa without hassle

We had a wonderful experience with the trip factory management agency. The entire trip was well-planned, and everything was managed smoothly. Communication was timely throughout, and we didn’t face any issues during the journey. We truly enjoyed every part of the trip and appreciate the effort put in to make it hassle-free. Just one small suggestion – on the day we traveled to Darjeeling early morning at 5 AM and reached there later, breakfast should have been included in the package considering the early start. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend the agency for a well-organized and enjoyable trip!
