I was a bit skeptical as it was my first time with TripFactory, but Sangita Rai, really helped me out, she changed my itinerary 9 times till i had the one which i wanted. The payment gateway was super easy, and the pricing was was just great, we got 4 star hotels, airport pickups and flights to Thailand, just a week before our trip at the best price possible. We had booked Dubai trip from Mumbai in online mode with Bangluru office. Sanjana had prepared perfect iternary based on budget and our requirements.
