  • Bookings within 45 days of departure: ₹75,000 per person deposit and full balance at least 21 days before departure.
  • Bookings within 21 days of departure: Full payment (100%) required at booking.
  • Prices are subject to change due to variations in airfare, taxes, fuel surcharges, or exchange rates. Any resulting difference must be settled before departure.
  • Failure to follow payment timelines may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of amounts paid.

  • All prices are quoted per person on a twin-sharing basis.
  • Single travelers must pay the applicable single supplement.

  • 1.3 Tax Collected at Source (TCS)
  • 5% TCS applies on bookings up to ₹10 lakh.
  • 20% TCS applies on the amount exceeding ₹10 lakh (effective 1 April 2025).
  • 10% TCS applies if the passenger’s PAN is not linked with Aadhaar (PAN considered inoperative).
  • TCS is calculated on the total tour cost and must be paid along with the final payment.

  • Standard Cancellation Policy:
  • More than 120 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost.
  • 120 to 60 days: 25% of total tour cost.
  • 60 to 30 days: 50% of total tour cost.
  • 30 to 15 days: 75% of total tour cost.
  • Within 15 days: 100% cancellation (no refund).
  • Visa Rejection: ₹20,000 per person plus visa fees, visa assistance charges, and travel insurance are non-refundable.
  • 2.2 Cancellation by Operator
  • If a tour is cancelled due to operational reasons, low participation, or force majeure, a full refund of the tour cost will be issued.
  • The operator is not responsible for additional expenses such as visas, insurance, or domestic travel incurred in preparation for the tour.
  • 3. Travel Insurance
  • Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and repatriation.
  • Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.
  • 4. Passport & Visa Requirements
  • Guests are responsible for holding a valid passport and obtaining the necessary visas.
  • Passports must be valid for at least six months after the return date.
  • Visa fees are non-refundable.
