We are now looking for a Travel Consultant / Travel Executive to join our growing team and deliver exceptional travel planning and customer service experiences.

About the Role
As a Travel Consultant, you will be the face of TripFactory for clients—helping them design and book personalized travel experiences. From advising on destinations and itineraries to arranging bookings and handling customer queries, you will ensure every trip is seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. Your role will also involve upselling travel products, nurturing client relationships, and staying updated with industry trends to provide the best recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
This role is about creating unforgettable travel experiences while meeting business goals. You will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, advise clients, and ensure every journey runs smoothly.
🔹 Client Advisory & Planning
- Advise clients on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel options.
- Create customized travel plans based on client preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Provide detailed information on visa requirements, attractions, and travel safety.
🔹 Booking & Coordination
- Book flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities.
- Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
- Ensure smooth coordination for all aspects of client travel.
🔹 Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Handle inquiries and resolve travel-related issues or concerns.
- Follow up with clients post-travel for feedback and future bookings.
- Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience throughout the journey.
🔹 Sales & Business Growth
- Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and additional services.
- Meet sales targets and maximize upselling opportunities.
- Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and destination knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet targets and upsell travel products.
- Proficiency in booking systems and MS Office.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
