Position Details

  • Role: Talent Acquisition Executive
  • Experience: 2–4 years (Preferred)
  • Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Location: Siliguri (In-Person)

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, drive employer branding initiatives, and deliver a smooth candidate experience while ensuring compliance and timely closures of open positions.


Key Responsibilities

You will act as the bridge between candidates and the company, ensuring every new hire has a positive first impression and a seamless entry into TripFactory. Your work will directly influence our ability to scale, innovate, and remain a leading force in the travel industry.

🔹 End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Draft effective job descriptions aligned with department needs.
  • Post job openings across job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.

🔹 Sourcing & Screening

  • Use multiple sourcing strategies: LinkedIn, social media, referrals, job boards.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.

🔹 Interviewing & Selection

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Present top candidates to hiring managers for decision-making.

🔹 Offer Management

  • Extend offers, discuss salary and benefits, and handle negotiations.
  • Ensure smooth communication of offer details and terms.

🔹 Candidate Experience

  • Maintain regular communication and updates for candidates.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate journey from application to joining.

🔹 Employer Branding

  • Represent TripFactory at job fairs, university drives, and networking events.
  • Promote company culture and values through candidate interactions.
  • Manage employer branding presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms.

🔹 Recruitment Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies.
