About the Role

As a Social Media Content Creator at TripFactory, you will translate our brand’s vision into creative, compelling content across platforms. You’ll boost our online presence and engagement through storytelling, striking visual content, and data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Content Creator at TripFactory, you will be the voice and storyteller of our brand across digital platforms. Your role will go beyond simply posting content—you’ll design and execute creative campaigns, engage with our travel community, and showcase our destinations through compelling visuals and narratives. From trend-driven reels to insightful posts that inspire bookings, you’ll play a central part in building TripFactory’s digital presence and driving audience engagement.

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and execute platform-specific content calendars (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
  • Create engaging content formats: posts, reels, stories, video shorts, blogs, infographics, and carousel posts
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to maintain brand style and tone

Community Engagement

  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to interact with our audience in real time
  • Implement engagement tactics like polls, Q&A sessions, and user-generated content campaigns

Campaigns & Collaborations

  • Launch seasonal campaigns aligned with travel trends, holidays, and promotions
  • Collaborate with influencers, travel bloggers, and partners for content direction, takeovers, or co-branded stories

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions)
  • Use insights to optimize content strategy and improve ROI
  • Report on content performance and suggest improvements across platforms

Trendspotting & Innovation

  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats
  • Explore creative formats—AR filters, UGC contests, interactive features—to engage users

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Mass Media, Marketing, or relevant field
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation (preferred in travel / lifestyle domain)
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual editing skills (video/photo editing tools like Canva, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
  • Proficiency with social media platforms’ best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio)
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and emerging trends
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages like Hindi are a plus
