Role Overview
As an Independent Holiday Advisor, you will partner with TripFactory to sell customized holiday packages to customers using your personal and professional network.
This is a commission-based, work-from-anywhere opportunity where you operate independently while being fully supported by TripFactory’s training, tools, and operations team.
You are not an employee — you are an independent partner, building your own income stream in the travel industry with zero fixed working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers from your personal, social, and professional network
- Understand customer travel requirements and preferences
- Recommend and sell TripFactory holiday packages (domestic & international)
- Coordinate with TripFactory’s internal teams for itinerary creation, pricing, and bookings
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers before booking
- Ensure ethical sales practices and transparent communication
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat bookings and referrals

Earnings & Incentives
- 100% Commission-Based Income
- Average earning potential: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (initial phase)
- High performers can earn ₹1–5 Lakhs per month or more
- No income cap — earnings grow with performance
