TripFactory is hiring Destination Experts for its Siliguri office. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for travel enthusiasts who enjoy planning trips, interacting with customers, and converting travel inquiries into bookings. Both freshers and experienced travel professionals are welcome to apply.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Understand customer travel requirements and preferences

• Create customized domestic and international travel itineraries

• Advise customers on destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, visas, and experiences

• Handle customer communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

• Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings

• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and internal operations teams

• Ensure timely delivery of itineraries and booking confirmations

• Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems

• Stay informed about destination trends, pricing, and travel regulations

*Eligibility & Qualifications:*

• 12th / Graduate

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience in travel sales or tour operations

• Strong knowledge of domestic or international destinations

• Proven ability to convert leads into bookings

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office / CRM tools)
