About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to help us find, attract, and hire top talent. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, own the end-to-end recruitment process, and play a key role in building a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and coordinate interview processes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.)
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience sourcing for multiple roles and functions
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment

- Experience recruiting in travel industry
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring practices
- Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience
