About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager (2–5 years preferred) to lead HR operations and align business goals with employee success. This role involves strategic HR partnering, talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll management, compliance, and organizational development. You will play a key part in shaping workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR processes.


Key Responsibilities

As an HR Manager at TripFactory, you will be a strategic partner to leadership, responsible for managing core HR functions—recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance, and organizational development. Your role will directly influence company culture, workforce growth, and overall business success.

🔹 Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead recruitment efforts: identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, post openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
  • Build strong talent pipelines and employer branding strategies.
  • Oversee workforce planning to ensure the right talent for business growth.

🔹 Performance Management & Development

  • Guide managers through performance appraisals and career development plans.
  • Design and implement training programs to support continuous learning.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development.

🔹 Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and productive work culture.

🔹 Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with complete accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, PT) and administer employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for payroll reconciliations and tax accuracy.

🔹 HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace safety, and diversity standards.
  • Maintain updated HR policies and conduct regular compliance audits.
  • Safeguard accurate and confidential employee records (physical & digital).

🔹 HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key HR metrics such as turnover, payroll costs, and recruitment performance.
  • Generate HR reports and insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for improving workforce effectiveness.
