Stipend: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 permonth

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our Finance & Accounts team in day-to-day operations. This internship provides practical exposure to core accounting processes, MIS reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical abilities, an eagerness to learn, and a solid foundation in basic finance and accounting principles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial & Accounting Support: Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial documentation. Support invoice verification, processing, and expense tracking. Perform accurate data entry and assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
  • Reconciliations & Reporting: Support bank reconciliations and ledger verification. Assist in preparing MIS reports, maintaining Excel-based trackers, and supporting month-end and quarterly closing activities.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation. Maintain highly organized records for audits and internal reviews, coordinating with internal teams for finance-related requirements.
  • Operational Support: Work closely with the Finance team on day-to-day operational tasks. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial analysis while supporting process improvement initiatives.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Accounting Knowledge Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and financial concepts.
  • Technical Skills Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools. Quick learner with new software systems.
  • Analytical Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Soft Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Education Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or MBA (Finance).
  • Experience Fresher or less than 1 year of internship experience in an accounting or finance capacity.
  • Stipend ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month. This is a paid internship open to CA Articleship candidates and recent finance graduates.
