We are now seeking an Executive – HR Operations to support our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day HR processes.
Position Details
- Role: Executive – HR Operations
- Experience: 1–3 years (Preferred)
- Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Location: Siliguri (In-Person)
About the Role
As an HR Operations Executive, you will play a key role in managing the daily HR functions that keep the organization running smoothly. From onboarding and payroll to compliance and employee engagement, you will ensure processes are efficient, accurate, and employee-friendly—directly contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
This role goes beyond routine tasks—it is about ensuring the backbone of HR runs seamlessly. You will be responsible for delivering smooth employee experiences, maintaining compliance, and supporting both people and processes.
🔹 HR Administration
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documents.
- Manage HRMS data entry and ensure information is up-to-date.
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR policy documentation.
🔹 Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
- Conduct exit interviews and oversee final settlements.
- Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company culture.
🔹 Payroll & Benefits
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administer employee benefits (insurance, leave, PF, etc.).
- Liaise with finance for payroll inputs and statutory deductions.
🔹 Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor attendance, absences, overtime, and leave records.
- Assist employees with leave queries and maintain accurate reports.
- Coordinate with managers on absenteeism issues.
🔹 Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
- Support conflict resolution and employee grievance handling.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
🔹 Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal and review cycles.
- Help managers provide constructive employee feedback.
- Track performance improvement plans (PIPs).
🔹 Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards are met.
🔹 Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events.
- Assist in wellness and team-building activities.
- Contribute to improving workplace satisfaction and culture.
🔹 HR Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
- Track HR KPIs and present findings to management.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance checks.
🔹 Training & Development
- Support scheduling and coordination of training programs.
- Track participation and assist in identifying training needs.
- Liaise with external training providers when required.
