We are now looking for a Travel Consultant / Travel Executive to join our Bangalore team and deliver exceptional travel planning and customer service.

About the Role

As a Travel Consultant at ORN TripFactory Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for advising clients, designing personalized itineraries, and managing end-to-end bookings including flights, hotels, and activities. You will also provide travel guidance on visas, safety, and attractions, while ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires a balance of customer service, sales, and destination expertise, along with strong communication in both English and Hindi.


Key Responsibilities

This role is about creating memorable travel experiences while driving business growth. You’ll manage the entire travel lifecycle for clients, from planning to post-travel follow-up.

🔹 Client Advisory & Planning

  • Advise clients on destinations, itineraries, and travel options.
  • Create customized travel plans based on preferences, budgets, and requirements.
  • Provide detailed guidance on visa requirements, safety, and attractions.

🔹 Bookings & Coordination

  • Arrange flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel to ensure a smooth experience.

🔹 Customer Service & Issue Resolution

  • Handle inquiries and resolve travel-related issues professionally.
  • Follow up post-travel for client feedback and repeat bookings.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.

🔹 Sales & Growth

  • Promote and sell holiday packages, tours, and add-on services.
  • Meet sales targets and maximize upselling opportunities.
  • Stay updated on travel promotions, trends, and destination insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills (both English & Hindi mandatory).
  • Ability to meet targets and upsell travel products.
  • Proficiency in booking systems and MS Office.
