Role Overview
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our growing sales operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth backend coordination, timely processing of sales activities, and efficient handling of customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will work to manage leads, maintain accurate records, preparing quotations and intineraries, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely closures. You will play a key role in streamlining the sales process by handling documentation, coordinating, and ensuring all tasks are executed with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the go-to expert for your assigned destination(s).
- Design and customize travel itineraries based on customer preferences, budget, and travel style.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of destination-specific attractions, accommodations, transportation, and local culture.
- Conversion of leads by offering destination-specific insights.
- Stay updated with travel advisories, visa requirements, and health/safety regulations.
- Handle client queries pre- and post-travel related to your destination(s).
- Participate in travel fairs, webinars, and training sessions to promote destination awareness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate and above
- Should have customer management skills
- Skills to manage the work with flexibility
- Soft spoken
- Good knowledge of computer(mailings,excel,word,internet)
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Freshers can apply / Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is a distinct advantage.
