Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Digital Marketing & Automation Executive to support our performance marketing, CRM, and automation workflows. This role involves coordinating with marketing teams, managing automated user journeys, working with CRM tools, optimizing lead-to-booking funnels, and ensuring smooth communication flows across channels such as WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and CRM.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Marketing Automation & CRM
- Build, manage, and optimize automated journeys for leads and customers.
- Work with CRM workflows (lead scoring, segmentation, triggers, nurturing).
- Create WhatsApp, Email, and SMS campaigns for lead nurturing.
- Ensure accurate integration between marketing platforms, CRM, and tracking systems.
2️⃣ Digital Marketing Support
- Assist performance marketing teams with UTM setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Support Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other campaigns with data coordination.
- Monitor lead quality and help improve overall conversion funnel.
3️⃣ Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance, lead flow, and automation results.
- Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards and insights using Google Sheets/Excel.
- Identify drop-offs in the funnel (Lead → WhatsApp → Call → Booking) and recommend fixes.
4️⃣ Lead Management & Workflow Optimization
- Ensure leads are routed correctly to sales teams or destination experts.
- Monitor CRM hygiene: duplicates, invalid leads, incorrect statuses.
- Improve response time and lead distribution logic.
5️⃣ Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with performance marketers, product teams, sales teams, and designers.
- Coordinate launch of new automation campaigns for specific destinations or seasons.
- Support ad-hoc digital projects and marketing experiments.
6️⃣ Email Marketing
- Plan, design, and execute email campaigns for promotions, nurturing, and onboarding.
- Build email templates using editors; basic HTML & CSS knowledge preferred.
- A/B test subject lines, templates, and workflows.
- Maintain sender reputation, audience segmentation, and delivery performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 0 – 2 years of experience in digital marketing, automation, or CRM operations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (travel CRM preferred).
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation platforms (OmniChannel, Whatsapp Automation Applications, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Understanding of UTM, lead funnels, and tracking workflows.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API / email automation preferred.
