About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to help us find, attract, and hire top talent. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, own the end-to-end recruitment process, and play a key role in building a strong employer brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate interview processes
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.)
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Experience sourcing for multiple roles and functions
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience recruiting in travel industry
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring practices
  • Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience
