Role Overview

We are hiring Product Executives on a contract basis to support our product and content operations. This role involves verifying product information, managing destination data, and ensuring accuracy across TripFactory platforms.

The position is fully remote and requires candidates who can work independently with discipline and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain holiday product details including itineraries, destinations, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing
• Cross-check product content across TripFactory websites and internal systems
• Assist in uploading and updating holiday packages
• Perform basic calculations related to pricing and offers
• Validate destination and world geography-related information
• Coordinate with internal teams for corrections and updates
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to TripFactory standards

Skill & Eligibility RequirementsMandatory Skills

• Basic communication skills in:
• English
• Hindi
• Any one regional language (preferred)
• Basic mathematics skills
• Basic knowledge of world geography
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment

Technical Requirements

• Personal laptop (mandatory)
• Stable internet connection
• Comfortable using online tools and systems

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers are welcome
• Prior experience in:
• Product operations
• Data entry / backend support
• Travel or tourism operations

• Detail-oriented and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines while working remotely
