We had been to Thailand and the we got help from Trip Factory for customized iternary. Service was good but I felt some details were not fully told while booking the island hopping tour. Overall experience was good with neat and clean taxi's and well behaved driver.

I recently visited Bangkok Phuket and Karabi for 10 days, and it was an amazing mix of vibrant city life and relaxing beaches.Our trip coordinator Anjali prasad did a great job managing all arrangements. From pre-trip planning to on-ground support, everything was handled smoothly. They were quick to respond to queries and ensured all transfers and bookings went as planned.The hotels was centrally located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options.Airport transfers were smooth and well-organized. Local transportation was convenient, Island tours in Phuket and karabi and dream world and jungle safari in bangkok were unforgettable. The beaches were beautiful, and the nightlife was lively.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Thailand for both relaxation and adventure.

I have taken many trips so far. I did a Europe trip through a package from Thomas Cook. Apart from that, I have also taken packages from various tour planners for places like Kerala, Rajasthan, and the North East. In the beginning, I was quite worried about how Trip Factory would manage everything and whether the tour would be good or not—especially because I was traveling with my two small children. I read a lot of feedback online. Some people had even written negative reviews about Trip Factory. After discussing extensively with your team, I decided to give it a try once. For this, the call support team even arranged a conversation with a manager to clear my doubts. Honestly, I remained nervous until the flight actually took off. But your work turned out to be truly excellent. Your 24-hour support was highly commendable. Everything was delivered exactly as promised by you and your team. Now, it doesn’t matter to me whether some people wrote negative points or not. Obviously, a travel package works well only when the traveler also cooperates—otherwise, no matter how big the company is, people will always have something negative to say. From March 22 to March 28, you handled everything—flights, hotels, cars, food, sightseeing—very well. The selection of hotels was also excellent; in fact, I would say they were outstanding. The cabs/cars/buses were clean and always on time—never even a minute late. In fact, they were often available before time. Your service has truly won my heart. I would definitely say that for my next foreign trip, I would prefer to travel with Trip Factory again. The entire team deserves appreciation. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip.

This is our second trip with trip factory and parthib planning our itinerary. We had very great time together. Everyone in the family enjoyed the trip. Rooms provided were clean, vehicle arranged was good, driver was also very helpful. Special mention, parthib made sure everything was planned perfectly, kept up the promises he gave us.
