The trip was great as you could reconstruct and change places to visit as per your liking and Mr Sahil was very helpful regarding the same. They were also very helpful in explaining the time of trips and unparalleled guiding throught out the trip.

We recently booked a dubai trip for 5 nights and 6 days with trip factory. Our trip was curated by Mr Rahul in such a way that there was no room for complaints. He was quick enough to grasp what exactly we wanted and customised the itinerary in such a way that it was a hassle free trip right from the pick up from the airport, to all the activities, drivers were on time, accomodations given were so convenient to metro station and any super market for picking up essentials. Just that we felt we wanted some time in Ferrari world but no regrets since we didn't want to miss seeing the grand mosque and Qasr al watan palace. Must visit. It was a great experience with trip factory especially Gunavathi who was continuously in connect with us for any support. Except for stay at Bangkok palace hotel everything went smooth.

Kinjol was a great agent, he was prompt with all the bookings and helped us through our entire trip. We give him 5 stars. But we had some problems on arrival in Vietnam. First, the driver did not reach on time at the airport for pick up and was not reachable by phone. Then there was no early check in option at the hotel on arrival, so we had to go to another hotel and book a room for $150 dollars extra at 3am in the morning. Early check in has to be a must for travellers landing so early.
