Just returned from a 10 day holiday with my father to Vietnam organised by TripFactory. I am very picky about cars, hotels and tours. I iterated the itinerary multiple times working with Amra Jabeen to create a custom itinerary. Everything was arranged by TripFactory and was perfect. Airport pickup and drops, tours (some private and some shared), 4 and 5 star hotels and domestic flights within Vietnam. Every driver showed up on time and was courteous, all the hotels were really nice, and Amra here in India as well as the online team was always available when we had any questions. I usually do not leave reviews but this deserved a five star review. I and my dad had a enjoyable vacation that went without any hiccups. Thank you Amra for being patient with my changes and making this a great holiday for me with my dad.

We planned Vietnam through Trip Factory for 10 days. The itinerary was perfect fit for our group which had kids as well as Senior Citizens. All of the enjoyed the trip. There were no glitches during the trip at all. It was very well co ordinated and there was 24 X 7 support from the backend team as well. Amra Jabeen handled the trip and she was very helpful and always available to answer queries. Overall a very positive experience and I would definitely recomment Trip Factory for planning these kind of trips.
