This is the first time I did package from Tripfactory, and the experience was absolutely amazing. Honestly, I was not expecting their arrangements to be so managed. They had different teams for each topic, ground team who takes care of all our queries 24*7 , which is the best. I wanted to do the trip under budget which they facilitated to me. Special thanks to Tomali Purkayastha, who has had prepared the package and was a constant helpline for me whenever I wanted to customise anything under budget. Just one piece of advice regarding hotel allocation, in bangkok I got a good hotel but in Pattaya, I was booked to mind resort hotel which personally I didn't like it at all, plus the quality of crowd was not good in their. Additionally, just ensure that whenever you combine speed boat for coral island for couple/family, please make sure not to club them with group of lot of men/boys. These two thing are the only cons I felt , rest everything was absolutely amazing. In bangkok the hotel they provided us was Wyndham Ramada which was decent.All the staffs nature is professional.
