We had wonderful experience and wonderful Tour Manager Mr. Nishad Bahulkar. Speaking English and Hindi. Extremely shrewed in Time Management. But very cordial and courteous with the group members majority of whom were Senior citizen couples. There were children in the group who were also taken special care. Very well planned itinerary, Best accommodation and Indian food in Indian Restaurants in all places. Overall the travel experience was beyond expectation. Thank you Trip Factory.🤝🤝🤝

I just got back from my Kuala Lumpur-Bangkok-Phuket tour organized by TripFactory and it indeed is one that I'll never forget. Thanks to Tomali who not only reached out to me and customized my request to a T but also kept in touch with me and checking on me throughout the trip.
