We had a wonderful experience with your tour planning and execution. Everything was very well organized, and the facilities provided to the group were excellent. The overall idea behind the arrangements was very thoughtful and truly helpful for everyone. The trip went smoothly, and we enjoyed it a lot. However, one point we would like to highlight is regarding the shared boat to Phi Phi Island. The speed boat did not feel safe or comfortable, especially for kids. Considering there are many good alternatives available, we feel a larger shared boat would be safer and more convenient for travelers. We kindly suggest not recommending speed boats for future trips, as safety should always come first. Special thanks to Sangita Rai for her efforts in making our journey so easy and memorable. We truly appreciate the support and guidance throughout. We look forward to continuing with you for our future trips and hope to have the same wonderful experience again.

Few options and highlights would have been really great like VISA's to be shared 7 days in advance. Same floor occupancy in the Hotel for single bookings and the details of Cruise would recommend to share the pics to make customer expectations in line. Dear Sir/ Madam Greetings This is to bring to your attention of an issue I had with Tripfactory.. There was some complications with regards to a refund I was supposed to get . There were many mails exchanged and lot of time was spent by all including myself which was definitely unnecessary. Finally when there was no alternative I had to approach Ms. Nithyashree who originally had marketed the product but later moved on to another department. Though she was not supposed to be involved she solved the problem very efficiently to the best of our satisfaction which was a great relief and end of an unpleasant episode. My sincere appreciation to people like Ms. Nithyashree who are definitely assets of the organization.. Congratulations to the company for having such sincere staff.
