My latest trip to Dubai was amazing with so many beautiful moments that I have spent with my husband. Thank you so much TripFactory for curating such a beautiful trip for us. Everything was great over there too from picking us timely from our hotel except on 2nd day, half day city tour . Driver seems to be in hurry, we have not enjoyed a single destination & he has ended that days itinerary very soon. Lastly I want to clarify that our co-ordinator-Mohana, was very sweet until we paid our first payment . After that she was not responding properly until I call her & bcoz of her our visa also got delayed so I've really suffered bcoz of her. Not recommending anyone to go with her as co-ordinator. This was a really bad experience in the beginning itself, for me specially bcoz I was only dealing with her. Otherwise I'm happy with TripFactory services. Thank you 👍

We should have given one guide in Thailand Dvrs. local population doesn't know English we were not comfortable, time not allotted for shopping, we have missed lots, .any way end was good, so all good. Thanks to Mr.sagar and Mr.Martin for all the help.

Overall trip is very good, Hotel is very good Day 1 airport transfer vehicle is 21 seater van felt uncomfortable. Day 3 After Dubai mall return pickup driver miscommunicated. Day 4 Abudhabi vehicle was very bad, after complaint , changed the vehicle. Ms. Sneha was well connected and coordinated to make it best & memorable trip. Thanks for Sneha & Team
