Am a solo Sr citizen traveller of 65 years and not so much technical savvy, was looking for several options for my Singapore tour from various top and prominent operators inviting pocket friendly and competitive quotations for the past 2 to 3 months. I gave my preferences & my budget to him and within a day he was ready with the most competitive quotation. After a convincing round of discussions for 1 hour, I finally gave my go ahead. From that time Mr. Ankur took over the charge and there was no turning around. It was my first Solo trip and feeling a little nervous but soon found out that I am in the right caring hands because from booking itself till arrival back to India was cared by them like a Mother taking her small kid to school, the very first day. Mr Ankur (India) and their Singapore counterpart Mr. Nathan were with me on 24 x7 call/whattsapp msgs. No compromises on anything inspite of a low & competitive quotation. A stay in 4* hotel right in the middle of the Tourist Capital Hub of Singapore with access to every tourist spot and Shopping centre with a radius of 20 > 30 minutes distance and pick up to and fro, from Hotels/Tourist spots by Honda Limousines. There is much to write that words would fall short, but would surely recommend everyone to experience this type of Hospitality, which is rarely found these days from Tour Operators. Everything went smooth like butter with no panic at any stage. I would contact the respected counterparts at any time of the day but my calls were always received with courteousness and ever ready polite answers/solutions. The hotels were good. Other facilities provided like cabs and tours etc were also good. Itinerary could have been better. A prior knowledge of weather patterns of da Nang was necessary to suggest other places like Phu Quok instead of da nang. The tour planner Nalendu was very helpful in getting the visa process and other things done.
