I visited Thailand last week, and it was a wonderful experience. TripFactory arranged my entire tour, and I am very satisfied with their service. I would like to especially thank my coordinator, Ria Dhar, for her outstanding support. She selected some of the best places for me, and even though I asked her to change the itinerary 11 times, she handled everything patiently and professionally. I was traveling solo, but all the arrangements were smooth, well-organized, and always on time. Excellent service. Good and timely co-ordination. This was my first trip with Trip Factory and it was a very memorable one. Rithesh Naik was quick in understanding my needs and suggesting the best option available. The booking process was smooth and hassle free . The entire team @TripFactory was very helpful ( Sameer, Suman, Darshan , Clinton )and coordinated well during our 4N/5D trip to Krabi& Phuket in October 2022. The Hotels arranged were good and the vehicles used for transfers were also good. The drivers and tour operators were also very courteous . Our family trip to Dubai was good. We enjoyed the trip fully but also we would like to share 3 incidents during the trip. 1) As we landed in Dubai Airport, the taxi driver created confusion and so we had to walk a lot to meet him. 2) The food at the Dhow cruise was not of superior quality. 3) On the Day of Desert Safari, we were picked last from our hotel and so we were made to sit in the last row of the car. The car was not neatly maintained. During the dune bashing, as we were sitting in the last row of car, it was totally uncomfortable. Also after this, on our way to Desert camp, the driver Khaleed was very rash and at one point of time, our heads hit the Car roof top and we both had slight swelling in our heads. This was a very bad experience in the tour. Hope you will take of all these mistakesin our next trip with you. Overall we enjoyed the trip and we would like to thank the team of Trip Factory.
