We used TripFactory services for our 5N/6D tour of Dubai with half day tour of Abu Dhabi. Overall it was a nice experience with good service from TripFactory agents prior to the trip. Also it was smooth and comfortable day to day management and support for the tour. The vehicle pickup was timely and the drivers and tour guides for Dubai city tour and Abu Dhabi city tour were awesome. But the 3-star hotel was not up to our expectations. It did not seem to be a 3-star hotel, but just an average hotel.

Glad to say that we booked our international vacation trip through Trip Factory . Good thing about them is they are well organised and answerable for any quires during trip. All well planed and good stay. The transfers from one location to other were premium and on time. Telegram group will be active 24/7 for any of our quires. Overall excellent agency to plan a trip with.

They are very good at preparing an itinerary that suits your family and booking accordingly. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip as everything was prepared for us and we all enjoyed the stays as well. Only point I would add is a personal driver on call so that in any case of going on your own you can have a safe commute.
