Day 1: Arrival at NJP Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport and Transfer to Gangtok

First day starts the journey from NJP Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok. You don't need to search for your transportation. You will be welcomed by our representatives. Our vehicle will wait for you outside the airport or railway station. NJP Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok is 130 Kms or a 4.30 to 5 hours long journey where you can enjoy the incredible beauty of the road covered with lush green hills and the immense forest. Teesta River and Kanchan Jungha will accompany you in some places on your road. Head to 4-star accommodation in Gangtok in the afternoon and spend your leisure time at the hotel. Gangtok is the home of many luxurious restaurants and café. In the evening you can explore the city on foot, enjoy the local cuisine, and spend some time at the cafe with local tea. Day 2: A full-day trip to Tshangu Lake & Baba Mandir

Breakfast will be served at 8.30 then we will proceed to the main tourist attraction of Sikkim, Tsomgo Lake, which is 43 kilometers from the city. Located at 12,210ft/3780 ft feet above sea level, the mesmerizing Blue Lake is situated at the foothills of snow-capped mountains. Its crystal clear blue water beckons all tourists. This oval-shaped lake is a holy lake for locals. They worship the place, so you can find colorful flags at the bank of the lake. If you visit Sikkim in winter, you can have a view of the frozen lake.

After spending some time, you will be driven to the Holy Shrine New Baba Temple, 16 kilometers from Tsomgo Lake. It is situated at 13100 Ft/3994 Mts above sea level. This famous temple is dedicated visiting Baba Harbhajan Singh, who was an Indian Soldier and died in 1968. This road journey is very pleasant, the breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and valleys, and the sight of many waterfalls will take you to another world. Spend some time by the lake and at the temple, and you can also play with the snow of the mountain behind the lake. After spending some time here, in the evening you can go to Ganesh Top, from where the evening glow of the Gangtok seems like a dreamland. Drive back to Gangtok and stay the night at the hotel.

Day 3: A full-day Gangtok Sightseeing trip

This morning after a delicious and heavy breakfast, you will be driven to the sightseeing tour of Gangtok. First, you will head towards Bakthang Falls, a serene waterfall that forms a pool of clear water and creates a magnificent view. You will then proceed to Tashi View Point, from where you will have a breathtaking view of the majestic Kanchenjunga Mountain. After that you will be taken to the Department of Handicrafts and Handlooms, the place to enjoy the unique culture and traditional art forms of Gangtok, Enche Monastery, this serene and beautiful monastery stands witness to the history and architecture of Sikkim, Jayo Do Drul Chorten Stupa, which has 108 Mani Lakors, a flower show held at The Hall, where you will see a range of Sikkim's ornamental plants and rare orchids. Also, the Banjhakri Falls ropeway ride will give you a great experience that gives you a unique perspective of the area. return to Gangtok and take a leisurely stroll at the MG Marg and Shopping Center. Overnight stay at Gangtok Hotel.

Day 4 Transfer from Gangtok to Pelling

After the delicious breakfast at 9 am at the hotel, you will be driven for the sightseeing or city tour of Gangtok. It is a half-day tour, that covers the destination like the Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Enchey Monastery, White Hall, Flower Show, Botanical Garden Ganesh Tok, Tashi View Point, Bakthang WaterFalls (finest waterfalls close to Gangtok), Back to hotel at afternoon. After taking some rest, you are free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or the local Shopping center in the evening. Gangtok is the home of some elite restaurants and café. Night stay at the comfortable Gangtok Hotel.

Day 5: Pelling Half-Day Sightseeing Tour & Transfer to Kalimpong

Here is a full-day Pelling tour with a luxurious car. In the morning you will have breakfast from 8 to 8.30 am and then proceed for a half day of Pelling sightseeing tour which allows you to explore the beauty and mesmerizing view of the village. You can visit Rimbi Water Falls, and Khecheopalri Lake (6000 Ft / 1829 Mts). The lake is worshiped by the Sikkim people. You will visit the Pemayangtse Monastery, Chenrezig Statue & Skywalk, and Rabdentse Ruins.

After completing the sightseeing tour, you will be transferred from Pelling to Kalimpong (3937 Ft / 1200 Mts, 115 Kms / 05 to 06 Hrs). Overnight stay at Kalimpong Hotel.

Day 6: Kalimpong Half Day sightseeing and transfer to Darjeeling

On Day 8, after a delicious Breakfast at Kalimpong Hotel, you will be driven to Dello Hills, Flower Nurseries, Jang–Dong – Palriffo Brang, and Durbin Dara Hills. Transfer to Darjeeling (6710 Ft / 2046 Mts, 70 Kms / 03 to 04 Hrs). Overnight at Hotel

Day 7: Darjeeling Full-Day Sightseeing Tour with Tiger Hill (10 Points)

Start your day with a thrilling adventure trip to Tiger Hill and enjoy the sunrise of Kanchan Jungha. At the tiger hill, enjoy breathtaking views of the sunrise. While returning to the hotel visit the Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery. After filling your stomach with a heavy breakfast, you will be taken to a full day exploration of Darjeeling's most fascinating attractions, the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, and Ropeway Ride to enjoy the breathtaking views of the city. Here you will get the opportunity to climb the Tenzing-Gombu Rock. Then again visit another gorgeous attraction Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre, the Japanese Temple, and the Peace Pagoda. Vehicle as mentioned in the booking will be provided. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicle or upgraded vehicle is required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
Tiger hill visit is subjected to availability of coupons as only 300 vehicles are allowed in the morning. Uncase of non-availability of coupons, we will provide the sightseeing at 10:00 am after breakfast.
While traveling to Tshangu Lake, Nathula Pass, Baba Mandir customers should carry valid photo ID proof which can ONLY be one of Driving License, Voter Card or Valid Passport.
NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder & Foreign Nationals are not allowed to visit Baba Mandir & Nathula Pass. They are allowed to visit till Tshangu Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 2 years & above is number to visit Tshangu Lake.
Pan Card & Aadhar Card is not accepted as ID Proof to visit Nathula Pass, Tshangu Lake and Baba Mandir. The Photo ID Proof can be anyone of the following, Driving License, Voter Card, Valid Passport.
Most of the 2 star and 3 star hotels provide only Mattress not Extra bed.
At times due to events which are beyond control (e.g. local strikes, natural calamities), schedules and itineraries may be subject to last minute changes.
Telephone / Internet networks are non-existent in some areas.
Due to poor road infrastructure in North-east, journey between 2 places may take longer than expected. Top speed may be restricted to 30 km/hr at some places.
NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder & Foreign Nationals will be allowed to visit Lachung, Yumthang & Yumesamdong, with a valid permit.
It is not advisable to visit Lachen from 1st January till 15th March as roads are closed due to snow.
Cars is not at disposal and will be only available for point to point transfers as per itinerary
Driving in hilly areas which are different from normal driving, speed limit would be 30 kms per hour.
Vehicles in Hill Areas – Even if you opt for AC vehicle, in hill stations AC is non-operational to avoid damage or mid-trip break down of the vehicle for your own convenience. Also, in several hill areas, commercial vehicles are not allowed to play music to prevent accidents
All entrance tickets to Museums , Monastries, Gardens, or any other Sightseeing spots are to be borne by the Customer and paid directly at the destination.
For Extra Person Sharing the Room & Child with Extra Bed, almost all the hotel of our area provides MATTRESS and ROLL OVERS as a supplement to Extra Bed.
The vehicle used will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis). It will change sector wise.
Credit cards / travellers checks are not freely accepted in North-east.
The AC will be on when the car is on move only. While travelling in the plains the clients would need AC, which will be switch on. When the car is travelling uphill AC will be switched off.
Most of the hotels do not have lift. You will have to climb stairs to reach your allotted rooms. Incase any of you, have problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if you cannot climb the higher floors, you should report
Most hotels in north-east are very basic and may not be equivalent to similar star category hotels elsewhere in India.
As the vehicles & drivers change always, we will request you to be very careful with personal belongings. Once left in the vehicle, there is, almost nil or little chance, of getting it back.
At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
