Day 1: Arrival Njp Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport and Transfer to Gangtok

Arrival at (IXB)/ (NJP): Our representative will escort you for the forwarding journey to the capital city of Sikkim i.e. Gangtok, East Sikkim. Complete your check-in procedure later in the evening free for your activities and overnight stay at Gangtok. Distance from Bagdogra to Gangtok: - 125 km (approx.) Travel Time: 4-5 hours (approx.)

Day 2: Tshangu Lake & Baba Mandir Day Excursion

After a delicious breakfast embark on an exciting excursion to Tshangu Lake and New Baba Mandir. The Tshangu Lake, situated at an altitude of 12400Ft/3780Mts and 43Kms away, is a mesmerizing sight to behold with its crystal-clear waters surrounded by snow-capped peaks. In case of Land slide or any reason Tshangu Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing.
NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder & Foreign National are not allowed to visit Baba Mandir & Nathula Pass. They are allowed to visit till Tshangu Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 & above is number to visit Tshangu Lake.
In case of a Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided

Day 3: Gangtok to Lachen

After breakfast pick-up from hotel and proceed to Lachen (130 Kms / 06 hrs) at an altitude of 9000 ft. On the way take a break for some beautiful spots which are worth seeing and visiting like Tashi view point and Seven sister’s water fall (subjected to vehicle taking the normal route and there is no diversion). You are likely to reach Lachen at late afternoon / in the evening. On arrival at Lachen check into your hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at Lachen.

Day 4: Lachen - Chopta Valley - Gurudongmar Lake - Lachung

The day starts early at 5 am with Packed Breakfast and get ready for a lovely drive to to Chopta Valley and Gurudonmgar Lake (17200 ft / 70 kms / 4-5 hrs). This is one journey one cannot forget. The day starts early at 5 am. It is almost dark at this point of time. As your journey go upward , the morning sun rays creates spectacular view of the snow peaks, which looks like mountains made of Gold. From Lachen first one travels to Thangu (13000 Ft / 3963 Mts, 30 Kms / 02 to 2.5 Hrs from Lachen), which is a steep ascent. The only halt is at Thangu, for stretching and more..

Day 5: Lachung - Yumthang Valley Excursion - Gangtok

Early morning proceed on a half day excursion to Yumthang Valley (11800 Ft / 3598 Mts / 25 Kms / 1 ½ hours one way).Visit to Yumthang Valley is a day excursion from Lachung, which is an attraction for tourist visiting this region.

The colorful Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary bloom between April to June. The soaring snow-capped peaks and herds of wandering yaks make this a Himalayan paradise. Day 6: Transfer from Gangtok to Kalimpong

Day 7: Kalimpong Half Day sightseeing and transfer to Darjeeling

Vehicle as mentioned in the booking will be provided. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicle or upgraded vehicle is required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
Tiger hill visit is subjected to availability of coupons as only 300 vehicles are allowed in the morning. Uncase of non-availability of coupons, we will provide the sightseeing at 10:00 am after breakfast.
While traveling to Tshangu Lake, Nathula Pass, Baba Mandir customers should carry valid photo ID proof which can ONLY be one of Driving License, Voter Card or Valid Passport.
NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder & Foreign Nationals are not allowed to visit Baba Mandir & Nathula Pass. They are allowed to visit till Tshangu Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 2 years & above is number to visit Tshangu Lake.
Pan Card & Aadhar Card is not accepted as ID Proof to visit Nathula Pass, Tshangu Lake and Baba Mandir. The Photo ID Proof can be anyone of the following, Driving License, Voter Card, Valid Passport.
Most of the 2 star and 3 star hotels provide only Mattress not Extra bed.
At times due to events which are beyond control (e.g. local strikes, natural calamities), schedules and itineraries may be subject to last minute changes.
Telephone / Internet networks are non-existent in some areas.
Due to poor road infrastructure in North-east, journey between 2 places may take longer than expected. Top speed may be restricted to 30 km/hr at some places.
NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder & Foreign Nationals will be allowed to visit Lachung, Yumthang & Yumesamdong, with a valid permit.
It is not advisable to visit Lachen from 1st January till 15th March as roads are closed due to snow.
Cars is not at disposal and will be only available for point to point transfers as per itinerary
Driving in hilly areas which are different from normal driving, speed limit would be 30 kms per hour.
Vehicles in Hill Areas – Even if you opt for AC vehicle, in hill stations AC is non-operational to avoid damage or mid-trip break down of the vehicle for your own convenience. Also, in several hill areas, commercial vehicles are not allowed to play music to prevent accidents
All entrance tickets to Museums , Monastries, Gardens, or any other Sightseeing spots are to be borne by the Customer and paid directly at the destination.
For Extra Person Sharing the Room & Child with Extra Bed, almost all the hotel of our area provides MATTRESS and ROLL OVERS as a supplement to Extra Bed.
The vehicle used will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis). It will change sector wise.
Credit cards / travellers checks are not freely accepted in North-east.
The AC will be on when the car is on move only. While travelling in the plains the clients would need AC, which will be switch on. When the car is travelling uphill AC will be switched off.
Most of the hotels do not have lift. You will have to climb stairs to reach your allotted rooms. Incase any of you, have problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if you cannot climb the higher floors, you should report
Most hotels in north-east are very basic and may not be equivalent to similar star category hotels elsewhere in India.
As the vehicles & drivers change always, we will request you to be very careful with personal belongings. Once left in the vehicle, there is, almost nil or little chance, of getting it back.
At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
