Position: HR Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Annual Compensation: ₹4 – ₹6 Lakhs (commensurate with experience and skills)
Role Overview:
As an HR Manager at TripFactory, you will be responsible for shaping our workforce, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth management of employee-related processes. Your contributions will be integral to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Lead the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, posting job openings, and conducting interviews to attract the best candidates.
- Employee Records Management: Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records, both physical and digital.
- Compliance & Data Protection: Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and manage sensitive employee information.
- Onboarding: Develop and execute onboarding programs to help new employees integrate seamlessly into the organization.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns related to HR issues, creating a positive work environment.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and enrollment processes.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR-related reports and metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and use data to inform HR strategies and decisions.

Job Location:
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Ahmedabad.
Note: The annual compensation package for this role is approximately ₹4-6 Lakhs, based on experience and qualifications.
