Role Overview

As a Telecaller at TripFactory, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. Your role will involve answering inquiries, providing information about our services, and helping customers book their dream holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Reach out to customers to inform them about travel services and exclusive offers.
• Inbound Queries: Address customer inquiries and resolve their issues professionally.
• Relationship Building: Build trust and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals for calls and customer engagement.

Job Requirements

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Customer Orientation: Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Work Environment: Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
