Commencing on February 14, 2024, foreign guests to Bali will be subject to a one-time fee of IDR150,000 (USD 10) around Rs 800 (INR). Travelers are invited to easily settle this payment via the Love Bali website or App prior to their arrival.
Upon payment, a tourism tax ticket will be sent via email, and tourists should store it on their cellphones for checking at checks in Bali Airport and sea ports.
Certain visa groups are free from this fee, including foreign and official visa holders, transport crew, KITAS and KITAP holders, family union visas, special and student visa holders, as well as specific non-tourist visa holders.
To apply for relief, applications must be filed one month before the planned arrival in Bali, providing a smooth experience for those meeting the stated requirements.
