IndiGo has announced an expanded winter schedule, unveiling new flights and additional frequencies to bolster connectivity across Eastern and Northeastern India. Among the highlights are increased flights on the Kolkata-Bangkok route, with new departures scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, beginning November 24. These additions will bring IndiGo’s total weekly flights to Bangkok to 11.

The airline will also introduce direct flights between Guwahati and Dimapur, as well as resume operations on the Guwahati-Ahmedabad route, with daily services starting from December 10.

Additionally, IndiGo has commenced its first-ever direct flights connecting Agartala and Dibrugarh, with tri-weekly operations every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday since October 29. This new route aims to enhance connectivity in the Northeast.

These expansions, according to IndiGo, will provide business and leisure travelers with more options while strengthening regional accessibility during the winter season. “We are pleased to announce these multiple new routes as a part of our ongoing winter schedule. There’s a surge in demand, and these flights will further strengthen regional connectivity, facilitating economic growth, tourism, and cultural exchange,” said Vinay Malhotra, Head of IndiGo’s Global Sales.
